Proper Event Productions is the work of Michelle Yepez, CFRE — a Tampa Bay native with a global perspective and a career rooted in hospitality and nonprofit development. The studio is woman-owned, intentionally small, and built around the kind of curiosity that turns ordinary gatherings into ones people remember years later.

Every project starts with the same question: what would make this feel inspired? From culinary collaborations and venue selection to design, layout, and the guest experience, every choice is made on purpose — strategic where it counts, creative where it shows.
